Thin-Wall & Bracket-Style Aluminum Machining

CNC machining of thin-wall, bracket-style aluminum parts, checked in-house.

Machining That Looks Like Aerospace Work

Aerospace-style parts share a few hard requirements: thin wall sections, tight drawing controls, and paperwork that travels with the part.

The structures, brackets and housings you see in aviation are often thin-walled aluminum milled from 6061-T6 or a like grade. That is the kind of machining we do every week — in aluminum, our core material, with in-house dimensional checking before shipment.

We are straight with you: we do not claim aviation certification or delivered flight-critical hardware. If your part is a machined bracket, mount, housing or frame style of component in aluminum, send the drawing and we will quote it honestly.

Thin-Wall & Bracket-Style Aluminum Parts

  • Aluminum 6061-T6 brackets, mounts and housings
  • Thin-wall and multi-face geometry on our 5-axis center (U400A)
  • Clear or color anodize and bead blast finishing
  • In-house optical measuring with inspection report on request

Material beyond aluminum — stainless steel, brass, selected engineering plastics — can be discussed against your drawing.
